**Meet Lilah**

**Background**
Lilah was found on Halloween, proving she’s not just a spooky ghost but a spirited pup! After being successfully captured on Morning Sun Rd. in Cordova, she showed up with a broken leg and the attitude of a superstar—clearly dumped by someone who didn’t appreciate her talent for dramatic entrances.

**Personality**
This sweet girl is packed with puppy energy and a sprinkle of sass! 🐾 Shilah may take a minute to warm up, especially around men, but once she does, she’ll be your cuddly sidekick, ready to binge-watch court TV (you know, because justice is important). She’s great with kids, making her the perfect playmate for those little humans who’ll keep her entertained with their boundless energy!

Shilah gets along with other dogs but can be a bit of a playful pest—think of her as the annoying little sibling who always wants to play! Fortunately, she knows how to take a hint when her friends say "enough already!"

Having received training from The Champion Farm, she’s got some fancy tricks up her sleeve. She's acing her crate time and is almost fully potty trained—just a few more bathroom breaks, and she'll be ready for her Oscar!

**Health & Requirements**
She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and rocking a ProHeart12 injection, along with a microchip—she’s basically a walking medical marvel! Just a heads up: Shilah is special, so her new human(s) will need some German Shepherd experience (because she’s not just any pup, she’s a diva!) and a fenced yard to keep her playful antics contained.

1.
Submit Application

• 21 years of age • Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

2.
Interview

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

3.
Home Check

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.

Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

Additional adoption info

We are all volunteers, but we try to have all applications processed in 7 business days.. If you are approved, then we will send you an adoption contract and transport information. Payment must be made once contract is finalized.
We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.
