Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Are you looking for love and adventure in 2025? Look no further than this sweet-as-candy Lollypop pup. She is a compact bundle of affection, intelligence, and curiosity.
The first thing you notice about Lolly is her love of people. She jumps right in your lap and rolls over for belly rubs without hesitation. With the face of a pup, the right size to keep you warm but not squished, and a super soft coat - Lolly is the perfect snuggle buddy.
Lolly has impressed us with how quickly she picks up on commands and expectations. She came to the rescue without training and is quickly learning how to walk nicely on a leash, know what she’s allowed to be on and play with in the house, and understanding other normal dog manners that come with being in a new place. She still needs guidance, reminders and sometimes some low sensory downtime when she gets overly excited during playtime.
With a high energy level and more work needed to resist the urge to jump up and sometimes nibble, Lolly would be best around older kids that can help reinforce her training. Lolly is good in a kennel and spends her time there at night, when she needs some low sensory time, and when her foster humans are away from the house.
Lolly is also very affectionate and playful with other dogs. She does not live with cats but she could be helped to understand how to be gentle and take cues from other animals. She would do well in a home with other pets to play with, however she could be fine as a solo dog as long as she got plenty of attention and exercise.
Lolly needs someone to continue working with her on her manners, building on her confidence in new places, and her understanding of commands. Most of all she needs an outlet for her love, companionship, and play. With consistency, good boundaries, and lots of love and exercise, Lolly is going to make someone the perfect companion.
