Rosie is an affectionate and sweet girl who is ready for a fresh start after finding herself at Famous Fido Rescue through no fault of her own. She’s incredibly smart, intuitive, and eager to please, making her a great candidate for positive reinforcement training to help her thrive. Rosie loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and is sure to bring endless joy to her future family. As a large, long-haired beauty, she’ll need regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best.

Famous Fido was founded by Gloria Lissner who has been independently rescuing dogs from the death rows of kill shelters since 1975. She officially opened Famous Fido Rescue & Adoption Alliance in July 2010. All our dogs recieve the necessary vet care and treatment is never refused. Famous Fido has developed a full merchandise line, starting with our all natural dog treats to support our rescue efforts. Our products are available for purchase on our website. The mission of FFRAA is to form an alliance with similar organizations to increase community awareness, public consciences and create a No Kill Nation.
