Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We initially got Laika as a foster, but she was so wonderful we ended up adopting her after her spay. We have two cats in the house and we were hopeful that if we continued slow introductions they might end up getting along. Unfortunately, even after working with a trainer and a behavioralist Laika is too fixated on chasing cats to live safely in a house with them.
She also has some reactivity to other dogs and unfamiliar men but has done great with visitors in the house. This is something she will need continued work on. She did live with another dog in the shelter so may do okay with the right dog sibling.
Laika is a fantastic dog and we would not have put so much time into trying to make things work otherwise. She is house broken and we are able to leave her loose while at work. She is loving, whip-smart (with a repertoire of 10 commands so far), and very eager to please. She is relaxed for a Malinois but would still do best with an active family and a fenced yard.
