Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Richard is a 2 year old chocolate lab. He's laid back with people of all ages and appears to be crate trained. Despite being neutered, Richard LOVES the ladies. If he could have all the female dogs at the shelter to himself, he would. That being said, Richard is not so great with the male dogs.
Richard would make a great family dog or even a farm dog. He's a fun boy who likes the water and will chase a ball (may not bring it back, though) and he is ready for his forever home!Adoption Hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5pm. You do not need an appointment to come by and meet animals during adoption hours.
Lab lovers! We have the dog for you!!!

Our adoption process is based on making the right match. Though people can apply for a specific animal, we would like to know more about lifestyle and match a pet with that lifestyle. For example, we would not want to match an active dog with an inactive one. Therefore, our primary concern is the interview process and getting to know the potential adopter.
