My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Raven is a 2.5 year old sleek black cat. She had a rough start in life and has been through quite a bit for her young age. She and her two kittens, Oatmeal and Remi, were abandoned in an apartment. They are safe in foster care now, and Raven has been a good mom, but it’s now her turn to have all the attention! She is all black (think mini-black panther) with the most beautiful eyes. She has the softest and silkiest fur. A little people-shy at first, it turns out she’s a real cuddler and is about as sweet as they come. She enjoys playing but often sits back and lets her kittens have the fun. She’s happy to curl up on your lap and purr. She would love to be in a one-cat household where she could reap all the love she deserves. Please submit your application, and one of our adoption counselors will contact you.

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.

Our adoption fees are...
Cats:
$150 for most kittens and cats

Dogs:
$250-$300 for most puppies and dogs

The adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.
