Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adoption Fee: $200, plus taxes
Location: Chuck & Dons, Rosemount
Elliot is a beautiful petite little girl with gorgeous eyes and soft fur. Even though she is pretty little at 2 years of age she has kind of an usual trait. She has a large poofy tail that is very noticeable. Like she just got startled but it is always that poofy. Elliot has a very sweet personality and you could call her confident. Loves some playtime but is also affectionate and likes attention. Elliot is just super fun to play with and be around as she is a wonderful companion.
Elliot is spayed, microchipped and is current with vaccinations.
To come meet Elliot and enjoy her poofy tail please go to Chuck and Don's in Rosemount and speak to an associate to learn more!

While we are a foster-based animal rescue and all of our dogs are in foster care, we do have a cat adoption space at our new Adoption & Wellness Center in Chaska. We also partner with local retail locations like PetSmart Richfield and Chuck & Don's Chanhassen to feature adoptable cats at their stores.

More about this rescue
Carver-Scott Humane Society was founded in 1989 with the mission of connecting animals in need with people who care. Our vision is a world where every animal is safe, cared for, and loved.
In 2017, we introduced a new, innovative rescue philosophy based on our Four Pillars: TNR, Serve Where You Save, FurKeeps, and Adopters Welcome. As of 2018, we adopt over 500 dogs and cats into the community every year, with a nationally reported Live Release Rate of 97%. We serve over 1,000 Minnesota pets and their families annually through our surrender prevention program, FurKeeps, aiming to keep pets out of the shelter system in the first place.
CSHS focuses on serving and saving Minnesota pets, and we do not transport animals in from out of state. We do our best to prevent surrender, which creates capacity for us to transfer most of our animals from high-volume impounds and shelters throughout the state. For the past three years, we have transferred more animals from Minneapolis Animal Care & Control than any other animal welfare organization.
