My name is Ranger!

Meet Ranger!
Ranger is an almost 2-year old mixed breed boy weighing about 50 lbs. Sadly, he needs to be rehomed because he has some resource guarding with food and does not like to be startled awake.
Ranger’s current owner says he loves to cuddle up on the couch to watch a movie and play fetch outside. They also say he is sweet and obedient. He is housebroken, crate trained, and does very well on walks.
Because of his resource guarding, Ranger should not be placed in a home with children or other pets. With training, resource guarding can be managed. Ranger will need a family that is willing to be patient while he learns how to share.
