Hello there, I'm Pebbles. I've got a heart as sturdy as my name suggests. I've seen some tough times, but I've always found a way to wag my tail. My days are filled with playfulness and goofy antics that keep my shelter friends laughing. I love cuddles and will gently lean into you for some extra affection. Adopting me means gaining a friend who'll make every day brighter with my charming personality and unwavering devotion.

Adoption viewing hours are from 8:00an-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses.

Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER & CARE CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

Our adoption program consists of dogs, cats and horses. All animals available for adoption are fully vetted, UTD on vaccinations, micro-chipped, spay/neutered, dewormed and heartworm tested.
