Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I got Cayenne from TLC Humane Society in Dahlonega, GA He was brought into the shelter when he was 10 days old. I adopted him back in April 2024.
He's a sweetheart. House trained maybe 2 accidents. I LOVE this dog. I knew he was going to be big when I got him. I live with my son and daughter-in-law. He is terrified of my son, and certain men. There's no rhyme or reason he just is, It takes him awhile to warm up to anyone. But Esp. with men.
I am 60yrs old, and initially it wasn't a problem for me, but I've gotten hurt, not from him, but a fall down the stairs. Broken Foot. Most recent I had a car accident got T-Boned when a guy ran a stop sign. I'm not strong enough to handle him.
It's not fair if he's tied up all day, and not being walked enough. Since he is terrified of my son, I can't get help with him.
He needs to go to a good home, where he'll be ran with, played with ect. He went to tens unit dog training for 2 weeks and I have life long retraining for him. He's Micro Chipped.
