Meet Hinami – a 5-year-old lab mix around 70 lbs. looking for her forever home! Hinami is a staff favorite – she keeps her kennel clean, knows basic commands, and loves to romp & play in the yard. Hinami is a goofy girl who can be found curled up on her bed with a favorite toy. She seems to do well with the dogs in shelter, but we haven’t tried her with cats. Come meet this loyal, smart, and sweet girl today!

Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
