Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lilo is a 4 year old male DSH cat, who is a handsome white with some tabby markings. He was a bit overweight when he came to us as an owner surrender but has trimmed down a bit and is looking much healthier and happier these days. Lilo is sweet and loves humans as well as other friendly cats. He uses the litterbox like a champ here. He doesn't care for dogs very much but might be fine after a slow acclimation. Lilo's adoption fee is $100 and includes his neuter, microchip, vaccinations and felv/fiv test. Please call 630-553-9256 or email animalcontrol@kendallcountyil.gov, or stop by during our open business hours to meet and/or adopt!

Kendall County Animal Control is the county agency responsible for enforcement of the state statutes governing rabies control in domestic companion animals. The State of Illinois requires that all dogs are vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian. Compliance with this law is monitored through the issuance of rabies tags for all dogs residing in the county. All dogs are required to wear their rabies tags when off of the owner's property. If a pet is lost, rabies tags also provide an excellent means of identifying your pet.
Kendall County Animal Control also enforces the county's ordinance that prohibits dogs from running at large in unincorporated residential subdivisions, investigates reports of animal bites, and will pick up contained stray dogs in unincorporated Kendall County during operating hours. Stray and owner released cats and dogs may also be brought to the facility during business hours. Cats and dogs are available for adoption at the facility.
