Meet GMO, the ultimate gentle giant who’s as perfect as they come! This big black-and-white boy is a bundle of love with an adorable face that will instantly steal your heart. Affectionate, gentle, and irresistibly sweet, GMO adores snuggles, chin scratches, and lounging by your side, all while purring contentedly. He got his unique name when his foster first saw him she said, "I know you said big, but I wasn't expecting this, he looks like some sort of GMO cat" and it made us laugh and so we decided to lovingly name him GMO. Despite his impressive size (which just means more to love!), he’s a soft-hearted cuddlebug with impeccable manners and a calm, easygoing nature. Sadly, GMO did spend some time on the streets and tested positive for FIV when he came to One Love. That shouldn't be a reason not to adopt him, FIV cats can live perfectly happy lives, it just requires a few extra considerations that we are here to help you through all the way. We understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
