Meow, it`s Gizmo here! I`m the coolest cat in town and I`m looking for my forever home. I may be a little shy with visitors at first, but once I get to know you, I`ll be your best friend. I`m an independent feline who loves to play with noisy toys and stuffed animals. But don`t worry, I also enjoy snuggling up with my favorite humans for some quality cuddle time. So if you`re looking for a furry companion who will fill your life with love and laughter, then I`m your guy!
How did I get here? Surrendered by my owner when no longer the right fit for the home.

Adoption Fees:
Dogs 7 months and older: $95
Puppies 6 months and younger: $300
Cats 7 months and older: $45
Kittens 6 months and younger: $150
Rabbits: $35
Guinea pigs: $15

Adoption fees for dogs and cats include:
First vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, deworming and flea preventative.

All cats and kittens have been tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).

All dogs and puppies have received heartworm preventative, and dogs/puppies over the age of six months have been tested for heartworms.

All rabbits are spayed or neutered.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.

We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million.
