My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Emilio is a 5 month old tricolor pit bull mix currently weighing 30lbs. fully grown, he will likely weigh around 70lbs. He is neutered, up to date in vaccines, and a very healthy boy.

Emilio is the hugest cuddle bug I have ever fostered. He loves being held (though he’s starting to get too heavy) and he adores sleeping next to you. He is dog friendly and playful with our large breed resident dogs, but will chase cats (out of playfulness, not to harm). He is good with kids and not mouthy and jumpy like some puppies his age. He is getting more reliable going potty outside but needs a bit more training. He has learned sit and is crate trained as well.

Emilio’s passions include heated blankets, short walks, and basking in the sun. If you are looking for a snuggly, beefy boy, then this is the pup for you!

Go meet their pets

Life Savers Animal Rescue has no physical shelter. Animals are housed in foster homes, so in order to meet a dog, an online application must first be completed and processed and approved. Then a meet and greet will be arranged. This process may be delayed should there be many applicants for one dog, so your patience is appreciated.
