Billy Goat’s mamma, a vivacious white bunny named Ladybug, was found at a construction site in Fort Lauderdale accompanied by two adult male rabbits and seven babies of varying ages. A month after she was taken into our care she gave birth to Billy Goat and his siblings. The bunnies are thriving in foster care and are getting ready to find homes of their own.
Billy Goat got his name from his ability to climb, born of his wonderful curiosity! He is never happier than when scaling new heights - chairs, sofas, stacks of boxes, you name it. This is a lively and affectionate rabbit who wants to be the center of attention and the life of the party. Billy Goat is a very smart bun, he can complete his morning treat puzzle in a matter of seconds and knows the command “come here” - although he also finds it hilarious to be disobedient and entertain his humans with lively evasive maneuvers. Billy Goat would love to share his bunny energy and bunny kisses with a forever family.
We adopt to indoor homes only! If you are interested in adopting a bunny from Orlando Rabbit Care and Adoptions, or would like more information on rabbit care, please visit our website at: http://www.orlandorabbit.org. The first step in our adoption process is to complete an adoption application, which can be found here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/55856/generic . Then one of our volunteers will reach out to you via email to schedule a time to speak with you. If you don’t see the email in a day or two, please check your spam folder!
Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $100, a pair is $170, and a triple is $200. This helps to offset the cost of having the rabbits altered, microchipped and vaccinated, as well as any medical care that may have been required.
