My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yiddle’s story starts with a little bump in the road—he was recently relinquished to us when his owner could no longer care for him. But don’t worry, this 37-pound bundle of pug perfection is ready to turn the page and find his happily-ever-after with a family who will cherish him!

Yes, you read that right—37 pounds! Yiddle is what we lovingly call a chonky boi. While his extra fluff adds to his charm, we’re helping him work towards a leaner, healthier lifestyle. His weight-loss plan includes measured meals, regular walks, and lots of pep talks. His future family will need to be his biggest fans, cheering him on as he works his way toward feeling his best and living his happiest life.

At 3.5 years old, Yiddle still has that puppy-like excitement about life. He’s the kind of guy who thinks meeting new people and dogs is the best thing ever, and he’s always ready to dive headfirst into cuddle sessions. His squishy face and roly-poly body make him practically irresistible, and his personality? A solid 15/10.

Yiddle’s hobbies include snuggling, showing off his wrinkles, and stealing hearts wherever he goes. He’s adaptable, affectionate, and ready to bring an endless supply of joy to your life.

So, if you’re looking for a lovable, huggable, slightly oversized pug with superstar vibes, Yiddle is your guy! Inquiry today, and get ready to welcome this big, squishy goofball into your heart!

More about this rescue

Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of abandoned, neglected, unwanted, displaced, and abused pugs. Our goal is to find every homeless pug a forever home; if we cannot do that, we pledge to provide a comfortable and loving place for sick or unwanted pugs to live out their lives. Our Board of five and numerous volunteers are passionate about Pug Rescue and live by our motto of “One Pug at a Time”. We feel that through our efforts we can change many of these forgotten Pug’s lives. In order to find our Pugs a home as soon as possible, we hold at least three adoption fairs a month and also organize a number of fundraising events, including the annual Pugtacular festival and Legendary Bingo at Hamburger Mary’s in West Hollywood. These events and on-line fundraising have provided the money to help pay for vet treatments, medicine and loving care at our Pug Station. We rely on the generosity of our supporters through donations and participation in our fundraising activities. If you would like to make a donation, find out about the next event, become a volunteer, foster, or adopt your own rescue pug, you are in the right place! You can also follow us on Facebook and twitter, there is always something going on and new pugs needing your help.
