My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rosie, a sweet and loyal girl who’s ready to give you her whole heart! Rosie, a 2-year-old, 41 lb Pit mix with a cute low-rider build, was a great mom to her puppies and is ready for her very own forever home. Rosie loves taking walks, gets along well with other dogs (she may be a bit timid at first), rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, is doing well with potty training, and is a great medium-size. She's a little quiet with new people at first, but this girl is a sucker for her treats. Give her a snack (steak, perhaps?), and you'll have a best friend for life! Rosie is microchipped, vaccinated, and will be spayed by the rescue upon vet approval. Her adoption fee is $600.

More about this rescue

Ollie's Angels Animal Rescue is a rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of abused and neglected dogs across the country. Ollie's Angels does not determine whether a life is worth saving based on age, special needs, or physical condition. In our eyes, every animal deserves a second chance at life.

We believe that every dog, as well as every adopter, has a unique tale to tell. Our mission is to consider both the needs of our animals and their humans to find the best possible match for each life we save. Adopting a dog is a very emotional experience, and we are committed to treating all of our adopters with respect and kindness throughout the adoption process.

Our special foster program gives us the chance to get to know each dog on a personal level. This helps us to select the perfect home for each individual dog based on his/her needs and personality. Each and every animal we save is adopted into a safe and loving forever home where he/she will be a cherished member of the family. Prior to being placed in a new home, all of our animals receive the highest quality medical care, as well as being spayed/neutered, microchipped, and updated on vaccinations.
