My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Rosco and I am available for adoption.

I have been in the shelter for a short about of time and I have shown that the shelter just isn`t a place for me as I can easily get kennel stressed. This is what my foster parents had to say about me:

`Super sweet boy! did great in the car, did great with them.
Got too excited when meeting their senoir dog, as Rosco was very full of energy, and wanted to play (their other dog was not into playing)
If they didn`t already have a dog, they said he would make an amazing dog for any family.
They feel he would do amazing as an only dog, even with a family with older kids.
He loves to cuddle, and hang out with his people. Rosco is such a sweet boy, loves snuggles and kisses, loves all people he meets - but as soon as he saw our dog, he went absolutely nuts. Not in an aggressive way necessarily but he was just extremely excited.

He`s a super puller and would definitely benefit from leash training. All in all, I think he would be a great dog for a family with older children as he`s so loving and sweet but doesn`t know his own strength.`

I has met a couple of other dogs that don`t mind my kind of play style and did okay with them.

I just want to be with people all the time and while in the shelter I have shown signs of seperation anxiety. This is something that is common in dogs and can be trained and worked with. It just takes time and patience on both the part of the human and myself.

I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!
