My name is Bella!

Bella was adopted from the Providence Animal Shelter in June 2023 by a Brown University grad student looking for an emotional support pet and wanting to rescue a sheltered cat. She was estimated to be 9 months old at the time. Her previous home involved domestic abuse and Bella is sensitive around men and becomes anxious in heightened or loud circumstances. She is incredibly loving and lovable. She is smart and playful. She needs a calm environment and prefers company to being alone. She needs a patient person who can give her consistency and could use some training in terms of climbing on counters and general domesticated training. Bella's adoptive caretaker loves her dearly but is relocating to another university and will be required to travel often.
