Meet Chaylee! Chaylee is about 7 year old, 31 lbs currently (needs to gain some weight), and she likely has some Beagle in her mix! In her foster home, she is doing great with her house-training, crate training, and leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 10+ and other calm dogs. She has not been exposed to cats.
Her foster says, `Chaylee is such an amazing girl. She loves to walk and take in the outdoors but when she’s done she is ready to be a couch potato. She loves treats and her head rubbed. Sometimes she will kiss you on the face to say thanks! Also this sweet girl knows how to sit and will come when her name is called. She has the sweetest personality and could be anyone’s best friend. This amazing dog wants to try to sit in your lap so she can listen to every word you say, and likes being with other dogs but doesn’t play. Chaylee gets cold easy and enjoys having a sweater or jacket on. Car rides are good with her too. She is very calm and occasionally barks but is very easy and will give someone so much love and happiness to have her in their life.`
She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on January 31st. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
