My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you a fan of sweet puppy kisses? Do you like big, oxytocin- producing, everything-is-now-right-in-the-world kisses? If so, you MUST meet sweet little boy Bear!!

Bear’s volunteer friends love this sweet boy’s kisses, sharing:

“Bear was friendly and easy to leash up inside the kennel today; he was friendly meeting me for the first time. We made our way to a play yard and once there he went potty and then wanted to be in my lap washing my face with his kisses! He`s incredibly sweet and affectionate! He is a complete puddle of love; I wanted to take him home!!”

“First time meeting Bear today. In the play yard, he was the sweetest boy ever. Very affectionate, leaning on me, climbing in my lap, and gave lots of kisses. He was not interested in treats but enjoyed getting pets and seemed to enjoy the fresh air and smells. He seems to be a gentle sweet boy and is comfortable with handling. Overall Bear is a very sweet and adorable boy!”

Bear did great in a recent field trip and spent a day away from the shelter exploring Tucson and getting a bite to eat. He did well in the car and got a rave review!

“Bear is very curious and he is very affectionate. A little shy at first but warms up quickly. Loves getting hugs and kisses. Very energetic and friendly with people and did well seeing other dogs around. He didn`t mind being picked up and once in the car he was very good. Very fun.”

Bear shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’s a sweet and easy pup who is ready to bust outta the shelter! Come get your kisses from Bear!
