Meet Shira! Shira is about 1 year old, 55 lbs currently, and she likely has some Mountain Cur in her mix! In her foster home, she is doing great with her house-training, crate training, and leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 5+ and other playful dogs. She has not been exposed to cats. She had a broken front leg which has now healed.
Her foster says, `Shira is a sweet, calm, well behaved, loving lady. She is smart and friendly to all dogs and humans; she was even ok with the veterinarian`s cat so homes with cats is a good possibility! Now when it comes to cuddling on the couch, she is all in for that! Walks and car rides are also high on the list of fun things to do. She loves chasing her foster siblings in the yard and then finding a quiet spot to take a little nap. She is so smart and would love to learn new things to keep her mind active. She is going to be a wonderful addition to a loving family.`
