💙 MEET TANK 💙

Tank was surrendered with "GI problems" in December. We took him to our vet for a check up and he was diagnosed with a rectal stricture (Rectal stricture occurs when scar tissue obstructs the free passage of bowel movements through a dog's anal cavities)

Thankfully, Tank does not show any clinical signs which require surgery, but his future home does need to be aware of his condition; making sure his diet helps to keep his GI tract working properly.

Tank is estimated to be 2️⃣ years old, is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. Tank gets along with other dogs, but must be fed separately and monitored with shared toys. He is potty-trained and loves to go on walks with his foster mom and dad. His foster 🏘 describes Tank as "a really sweet guy".

Tank has lived with teenagers and has not been exposed to cats🐱.

Interested in meeting Tank? Please complete an adoption application. Tank is currently fostering in Cypress, CA and can be adopted out of state. Out of state adoptions must have rescue approved transportation and we do not cover this cost.

Submit Application

Home Check

We will conduct a virtual interview and home check after we receive your application

Approve Application

Application will be approved after virtual interview/home check

4.
Meet the Pet

We will set up a meet and greet once your application is approved. We do not set up meet and greets for unapproved adopters/homes

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

If you decide to move forward after your meet and greet, we will finalize the adoption paperwork and adoption fee with you

6.
Take the Pet Home

Once the paperwork is signed and returned, and adoption fee is payed, we will arrange for you to bring your new family member home!

Additional adoption info

After adoption, we reserve the right to a 60 day and 120 day virtual home visit with all family members, including your new furbaby
