Buddy's Story:
Born approximately February 25, 2022, Buddy has been on quite the journey. This laid-back boy has been in rescue since he was just a young kitten. His story began when he was found injured after a fight with another cat. Thankfully, his injuries were treated, though he carries a charming notch on his left ear that tells a tale of his resilience.
About Buddy:
Buddy is a sweet and gentle soul who loves lounging in the sunbeams from the comfort of indoors. His favorite spot? A cozy donut bed where he can relax and watch the world go by. He will make sure you never forget he's there, sometimes giving a playful "love bite" if he feels he's not getting enough attention.
Buddy is a cat with a big heart—and a little extra weight to match! After a recent bout with an upper respiratory infection and a course of prednisone, he's gained a few pounds and is now working on shedding them with some healthy lifestyle changes.
Buddy's Ideal Home:
Buddy would thrive in a home where he can soak up affection and bask in sunny spots. He gets along well with other cats, though a slow introductory phase is essential to ensure a smooth transition. However, due to his background as a former outdoor kitty, Buddy sees birds as prey and would do best in a home without any feathered friends.
Buddy has been waiting patiently for his forever home, and he deserves a loving family to call his own. His laid-back demeanor, affectionate nature, and resilience make him a perfect companion for anyone looking to add a bit of sunshine to their life.

We are an all volunteer, foster based rescue. Our cats/kittens are socialized in a home environment, and we get to learn their true personalities to fit them with their perfect forever home.
We do adoption tables/events on the weekends, and are happy to set up any meetings with our available cats/kittens during the week to approved adopters.
We do ask for your patience as our volunteers do have full time jobs as well as volunteering, but we think our adoptees are well worth the wait.
