Meet sweet, goofy, playful, Franklin Thomas! Franklin is the kind of cat who will greet everyone who comes to your house by purring loudly and rubbing up against their legs. His favorite things in the world are chin scratches, shrimp flavored treats, and napping on his foster parents’ sweatshirts. Franklin would be happiest in a home with older teens and adults, as he can sometimes get nibbly when he’s bored or hungry. He can also sometimes get into mischief when he wants attention. Playtime is the key to keeping this goofy guy entertained! He loves to chase after wand toys and play fetch with his mouse toys!
Franklin has a medical condition called “atopy” which means that his ears can get itchy. He is currently well managed on a once daily allergy medicine. His crinkly “cauliflower ear” is likely related to him itching a lot in the past. But now it just makes him look extra cute. He also benefits from weekly ear cleaning.
Franklin is the sweetest guy you’ll meet, and truly steals the hearts of everyone who meets him! To see more of Franklin, including videos of him playing fetch, check out his foster’s Instagram page @helens.biscuit.house
