My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kana!

If you're looking for a girl to snuggle up at your side and cuddle you at the end of a long day, Kana is the one for you. She is a beautiful pitbull terrier mix with an estimated birthday of 05/01/2023, weighing around 40lbs. Kana came to us in truly heartbreaking condition, this sweet angel was a bag of bones, covered in filth and pressure sores. In spite of this, from the moment we met her she wanted nothing more than to curl into our laps and feel the love. Kana truly embodies how well a dog can come from horrible circumstances and still be loving and sweet, she has never met anyone in her time with us that she didn't befriend on sight. She also does well with other dogs, but as always we require a meet and greet if you already have any in the home. She doesn't seem to mind cats, either.

Kana is fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $175.
