Brothers Bronx and Brooklyn were born in mid October, 2024. The black and white boys came in to our care at just two days old with their feral mom. Bronx has a white tip on the end of his tail, while Brooklyn wears the coat of a perfect tuxedo. The boys graduated to foster care once mom was TNR’d. The pair are typical boys who love to play and wrestle with each other. They also get along with the other foster cats in their room. Brooklyn tends to be a little more calm than Bronx, but both are outgoing and active. They would do well with another cat in their new home.
Bronx is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped. Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.
