Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spookie cat!! He was dumped in a neighborhood on Halloween. Hence his name. He was following children around as they trick or treat begging for attention. Spooky loves toys, people, and children and tolerates other dogs and cats. He also loves being picked up and snuggled on his cat time. He typically comes when he is called.
