Dolly has spent the last 4 months living with a trainer. As the person responsible for getting her into this program, I am acting as the intermediary in helping to find her a forever home. The adoption fee will go to the trainer. This is a 4 year old dog who unfortunately had no training or socialization in the beginning of her life. Combined with the fact the she is an independent and strong-willed breed, this meant that she ruled the roost! When her owner went into a care home, the wonderful people at It’s a Pack Thing took her on. Here is what they have to say regarding her transformation: Dolly has made exceptional progress! She desperately wants to show a loving loyal family how good at being a Great Pyrenees she is. She’s a very dominant personality, but is willing to learn and is a sweetheart once you’ve made your nonnegegotiable boundaries clear.
