What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Buddy is an almost two year old Belgian Malinois and German shepherd mix. He is a very bubbly and energetic dog who is also very anxious. Buddy is potty trained, kennel trained and leash trained. He loves to go on walks/runs. He has a hard time meeting new people and dogs. He will start shaking aggressively when someone new is around him. I got him when he was about two months old. He was previously abused and had really bad anxiety and still does. He is not an aggressive dog towards humans but will often run away from new people. We recently just got a new puppy and Buddy has become somewhat aggressive. My hope is to find him a home that doesn’t have any dogs and will be able to give him the best quality of life possible. It would make me really sad to get rid of him since I have had him as a puppy. But my concern is the potential harm he could cause to a puppy. Thank you in advance.
