This adorable boy is Saul. He was brought into the shelter as a stray after he wandered up to the finder's place of work along with his buddy, Morty.

He is a little nervous when he is around the other cats here at the shelter right now, but he is not sure why he is here and who knows, because he was a stray, we don't know his past. He is a very sweet, boy who really just wants to find his forever someone. Could that be you?

We do not have applications our adoptions are first come, first serve.

Take the Pet Home

All available pets are spay/neutered and ready to go home immediately.

$100 Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee includes Spay/Neuter, heartworm/leukemia testing, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea preventive, micro chip, sample bag of food and various other services.

We take in animals that are brought in by Cherokee County Animal Control officers, animals owned by citizens of Cherokee County and unwanted strays found in Cherokee County. The Cherokee County Animal Shelter also adopts animals out to the public.
