My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you’re wondering why Reggie the handsome chi-beagle is acting like he won the lottery, it’s because he did. Abandoned in McLaren Park, he was discovered by a caring stranger in the middle of an icy downpour. Now that he is warm, safe and no longer hungry, he’s beyond thrilled to be alive and well and surrounded by friendly dogs and people. Keep this in mind when he suggests the one-millionth hug and scratch behind his tiny ears. He’s a sleek handsome lad; clearly a charter member of the Order of the Velvet Snout. He wobbles a bit when he walks, and he doesn’t do stairs, but he’s fine with a trot, jaunt or slow vinyasa flow. If you desire a pup who appreciates life with role-model intensity, he is here for you. Wagging.

Additional adoption info

All of our senior mutts are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given flea/tick/dewormer medication. Regular adoptions are typically $250, and there is no adoption fee for senior adopters and Hospice adoptions, though we love donations to help pay it forward for the next mutt!
