Penny was at risk of euthanasia at a local shelter due to medical issues. She is a very affectionate, cuddly tri-pawed kitty. Like a true tortie, she appreciates love on her terms, but gets along with other kitties and small dogs. East Dallas Kitty Club is a fully accredited, 501c3 non-profit organization that was incorporated in June of 2020. This organization is established to rescue and care for kitties of East Dallas and the greater DFW area with the intention of finding responsible and loving homes for them.
