My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing the Pac-Man Ghost crew!

All four were taken in by a local mechanic…their mom took great care of them outside for about 6 weeks, then a nice man brought them into his shop so they could be warm and fed. Since MM has taken them in, they have flourished into amazing kittens who are healthy, playful, snuggly, and happy! They all use the litterbox and eat well. They love being together, and exploring their surroundings!

Inky: Inky is a sweet boy who loves snuggles and will find a warm lap to crawl into when he’s sleepy. His favorite thing to do is chase his siblings around the house, and play hide and seek behind the curtains. The shyest one of the group, he is blossoming into a confident little guy!

Blinky: Blinky LOVES belly rubs! He’s the biggest one of the crew, and where you find him, his siblings won’t be far behind. He likes to chase toy mice, and catnip toys, and when he’s feeling tired, he wants to be carried like a baby.

Pinky: The only girl of the group! She is a talker! If she can’t find her siblings, she calls for them to come play with her. She loves being at the bottom of the snuggle puddle during nap time. She likes climbing to the top of the cat tree and looking at the birds outside.

Clyde: Clyde is the leader of the pack! He was the first one to start trusting humans, and seeks out his people to be picked up, snuggled, and have his ears rubbed. He’s a little talker, and he’ll tell you what he wants! He’s a top notch cuddler.

The Pac-Man crew will be spayed/neutered by the time of adoption. They are up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $100 for one, or the same price for a pair.

More about this rescue

From the day we could talk we told our pets more than we ever told our parents. We took the long route to see the kitty in the window down the street. We stopped even when we were late to pet the dog. We grew up and we saw what the world does to those who can't defend themselves. We are here to change that.

Ethical rescue, including fully vetting every animal and carefully placing them all into homes matched to their physical and mental needs is what we do.

Respecting all life, both animal and human, while retaining an underlying goal of keeping animals in their homes. and fostering a sense of community between local shelters and rescues is how we do it.
