My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pigasso from the 'pig' litter born in mid October. Compared to his siblings, Pigasso, who we've started to lovingly refer to as, 'Big Red,' is one of the larger puppies. He has a beautiful, soft reddish coat, green eyes, brown nose, and white and brown nails, too (all the easier for trimming). He's extremely brave - jumping from everything, exploring every corner, and even running with the resident 'big dogs' outside (not for long, as he's still tiny) with no fear. Pigasso absolutely loves to chew bones, run around with stuffed animals/toys, plus wrestle and snuggle-up with his smaller brother (being fostered with Percy Porker). He's very respectful of the resident dogs, not rushing to shower them with his affection and adoration, rather does so from afar, keenly aware that they aren't entirely fans yet. Pigasso is also huge on snuggling and generously dishing-out kisses. He loves to curl-up in your arms or on your lap to settle-in for a snooze. While he doesn't love being in his kennel, he'll calm down after a bit and take a nap, oftentimes opening his eyes to watch what's going on around him. In the vehicle, you might forget he's there, as he's silent in his kennel! He's learning potty-training and doing really well. He knows what he needs to do outside, now needs to learn how to let us know when he needs to go (so for now it's quite frequently). He's such a joyful pup, loves to be with and around you, and will follow you anywhere you go, which includes sticking close to you outside. He's the most darling little guy, a super happy, adventurous puppy, and whoever gets to adopt him will be rewarded with his snuggly cuddles for life!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595
