Adopted as a puppy, Logan was in the same home his whole life (he is now 7 1/2), and he got along well with the children until the youngest started walking. He began to exhibit new behavior of chewing up toys and being anxious, and his family said he 'snapped' at the baby after she 'did something' so they surrendered him back to us. He has been super sweet and affectionate with our volunteers and loves his walks. Logan is currently overweight at 50 lbs. due to being overfed and not getting enough exercise, so we are working on helping him slim down while he waits for his forever home! He will need a family who will stay with him on his road to a healthy weight (around 10 lb. weight loss is needed). He prefers to be the king of your castle, your one and only canine companion! Adults and children 12+ only please. Cats okay too! More information as we get to know him even better!
