Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Lily is a very sweet and cuddly 1 year old puppy. We rescued her from the pound. She's great with people and her sibling dog (not biological) but has a tendency to fight other dogs at the dog park. In sure that can be trained out of her, however, the real reason she needs to go is she has a very high prey drive and we have a neighbor who feeds stray cats. She's killed 2 of those cats so far and I don't know how to train that out of her. I can socialize her with other dogs but I don't even know how to begin training her out of that prey drive. She would do well in a house where either it's okay that she hunt and kill small animals or the temptation is removed. I'm sure if she were trained to hunt or rat she would do excellent. Unfortunately that's not me.
