Hello there, I`m Licorice! I`m just your typical bunny with a sweet and mellow disposition. I love lounging around and enjoying a good nap, but I also enjoy exploring my surroundings. I`m quite the fan of leafy greens and a good ear scratch. My pastimes include munching on hay and playing with my toys. I`m looking for a family who can provide me with lots of love and care. Adopting me would mean a life full of cuddles, fun, and most importantly, companionship.

More about this shelter

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
