Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Sangria! This little girl was rescued by a Good Samaritan with intent of bringing her into rescue. She was a cruelty case originally in the Vegas shelter. Sangria is about 1 year old, full of joy and really fun. She wants to please, has good recall (still needs continued training of course) and LOVES to play and pounce on toys. She is very fast and athletic. Is excellent in her crate once she knows the routine, the first day she whined but since then has been fine. She absolutely loves other dogs and is convinced they all want to be her friend, even if they dont. She can be a little pawsy and mouthy when she plays but she doesnt mean any harm just young, gets excited and needs boundaries. She is in basic training and is the star/example student, she picks things up easily. (Knows place etc) She is 13 pounds and is smaller than she looks in photos, she is all legs.

Additional adoption info
Thank you for your interest in adopting from Church of Pug.
Everyone at Church of Pug is a volunteer. We wear many hats - we foster pugs, travel to vet appointments, attend fundraising events, process a lot of paperwork, and more. We make every effort to respond to inquiries in a timely manner but often the days get away from us. For this reason, we will do our best to reach out to everyone. We’ll let you know your application has been received either through a phone call, text or email.
PLEASE take your time completing the below application and fill out questions in detail! This is the information our adoption team will use to make initial determinations when selecting applicants to proceed in the interview process as dogs become available and we begin the process of finding its forever family.
READ the information on each dog's biography page carefully. If you are interested in applying to adopt a dog, please ensure you meet the stated requirements. All of these dogs live with our foster families and that means we know their story -- we understand what they have been through and what they need in a forever home. All decisions are made with the dogs' best interests in mind.
