Ramsey, gussied up in his best tuxedo with white boots – a fashion statement on his part – is dressed for success and can’t wait to meet you. His gorgeous white whiskers and stunning green eyes compliment his black-tie ensemble.
This sweet senior boy was brought to a local vet to be euthanized for very vague reasons, and the vet had the cat surrendered to the practice instead. Ramsey found his way to LCCR from there. Why anyone would want to euthanize this amazing cat is beyond us. Front-declawed, he is a lover who adores sitting on your lap, enjoys playing with interactive wand toys, and uses his litter box without fail.
Despite his age he is in excellent health, and we’ll give his adopter all of his medical tests to prove it. Perfect scores on his blood, and other tests. This guy must have great genes! He still has plenty of energy to play with toys and climb his cat trees to watch the birds and squirrels outside, and when he’s done, he just wants to curl up with you. He can be chatty at times, mostly to let you know what he wants, which most of the time is attention and pets. He’ll give you the occasional head butt too if you’re not fast enough with the pets. They don’t come sweeter than this dapper dude!
He came from a home with other cats, so we think he will be fine with cat friends, after a proper introduction of course, but he would be fine as a solo cat as well. He is the perfect companion for seniors or apartment dwellers, and for homes with older children.
Ramsey's adoption donation is $75 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, FIV/FELV testing (he is negative), microchip, and spay/neuter.
