My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cricket is a sweetheart of a dog. She is playful and lively. She loves to eat, will sit on your lap all day and night and she will crate her self when it is time for bed and does well on car rides. She’s great in so many ways, but she does have a big fault. She only wants but to be with people.  Whether they are in the yard or not.  She will do what ever it takes to escape the yard to be with people if she’s not under direct supervision.  From digging, to jumping to ripping apart fence pickets. She will escape so that she can get affection from any person she can find.  She shows no aggression, she only wants to be pet.  We spent thousands trying to secure our yard. Tying her down seemed to be the only thing that worked, but that feels so unfair to her, and resulted in an unfortunate incident that sent both of my dogs to the vet.  We cant seem to provide what Cricket needs.  Ideally she needs to be in a single pet home, mostly kept indoors with someone who works from home.
