Pupusa is a 1 year old French Bulldog mix who is a pocket full of adorable Frenchie love! Pupusa was rescued from the shelter with a few of her culinary companions. This lovely gal needed some TLC and we knew we could help her discover the secret menu of her forever home. Pupusa weighs 20 pounds and has that perfect squishy Frenchie face. We will be looking for a home with Frenchie or other flat-face breed experience. Come on down and order up a Pupusa with a side of snuggles today!

Pupusa is a sweet, affectionate, and snuggly girl who thinks she is the perfect lap dog! If she could snuggle in your lap all day, she would happily do it. Like any Frenchie, she wants all the attention on her at all times and will roll over for cuddles if she decides you need to take a break from work. Pupusa has the perfect level of Frenchie energy: she is a couch potato but can also handle a longer walk or a short hike. Pupusa loves meeting new people and charms everyone she meets with her adorable snuffles and snorts. If you scratch her butt she goes nuts for you and will make you her best friend for life. She is also super food motivated and will eat just about anything, she isn’t picky at all as long as it’s for her! According to Pupusa’s foster mom, she is a perfect little hippo who just wants to live her best and most luxurious life and we promised to find her just that! If you adore French Bulldogs, you won’t find a better pup than our Pupusa!

Pupusa wakes up around 8 AM and goes into the yard to practice going potty. She comes inside for breakfast and then settles in with an enrichment toy to keep her foster mom company as she starts some work. Pupusa takes a nap and then plays with some toys until her lunchtime snack followed by some time in the yard. She goes out on a walk with the pack after the workday ends and then has dinner around 6 PM. She hangs out for the rest of the night and then drifts off to sleep.

Pupusa currently lives with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes and is fabulous with them all. She loves all humans, especially the ones who have tasty snacks for her. Pupusa is working on her potty training but responds well to praise. If you’re ready for a limited edition treat, adopt Pupusa!

Pupusa is an option for homes with prior dog owning experience. Kids should be over the age of 5.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
