My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Is your home lacking that royal feel? Well Princess can sure help with that!

This fantastic feline is all about chin scratches, and quality time with her people! Once you've gained Princess's affections, if you are in the room, she is right there with you, every step of the way; rubbing up on your legs, or licking your hands before rubbing on them, just to involve you in her grooming process.

A good day in Princess's book is filled with napping, snacks, and chin scratches. This little lady will climb right on top of you to get what she wants, truly embracing her name. Speaking of embracing her name, Princess always makes sure her fur is groomed perfectly, often licking your hand before rubbing on it just to get that extra grooming time in.

At nine years young, Princess knows how to balance the play/nap time schedule with grace. During playtime, toys on a string definitely take the cake. This girl sure can move quick when it's time to catch flying feathers, or soaring mice. During nap time, Princess does like to find a cozy spot to curl up and catch some Z's.

Our Charter:

The BC SPCA Charter is the foundation that guides the work we do:

Whereas:

The world is inhabited by many species sharing a common ecosystem of air, earth, and water. We recognize and value our interconnectedness with all animals.

Therefore:

The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for the animals of the world we share.
