MEET PENNY. This sweet girl was rescued from a crowded California shelter, where she was kenneled with another dog. She is currently waiting for a foster or forever home. She is a favorite at her current location - she loves people, and is great with other dogs. She'll make a great companion for an active single person, a couple or a family with older kids.
