Hi there, Iandamp;#39;m Uso.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I didnandamp;#39;t think Iandamp;#39;d end up here. Just a little while ago, I had a family, a home, and kids to play with. I was their good boy-the one who sat when told, stayed when asked, and waited patiently for treats. I even got along with the other pets, including the cats, and I loved car rides. Iandamp;#39;d stick my head out the window, feeling the wind on my face, dreaming of all the adventures weandamp;#39;d go on together.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;But now, things are different. My family lost their home, and they couldnandamp;#39;t take me with them. They loved me, I know they did, but now Iandamp;#39;m here, in this loud, confusing place. I donandamp;#39;t understand why I canandamp;#39;t go back to the life I had.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I try to be brave, but itandamp;#39;s hard. I feel frustrated sometimes-maybe because Iandamp;#39;m used to being house-trained and Iandamp;#39;m holding it in, waiting for a yard to run in again. Or maybe because I just miss being someoneandamp;#39;s dog.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;I know Iandamp;#39;m still a good boy. I still know my commands: sit, stay, leave it. Iandamp;#39;ll even show you if you have a treat! I just need someone to see me for who I really am-a loving, loyal friend whoandamp;#39;s ready to start over.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Please, if you have room in your heart and your home, take me with you. I promise to sit by your side, to make you laugh with my silly antics, and to remind you every day how much it means to me to be loved again. Letandamp;#39;s create a new chapter together.andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Love,andlt;br/andgt;Uso

Additional adoption info
All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person. As a high-intake shelter, most of the pets that come to us are strays, meaning we have limited background history on the pet, such as health, behavioral or living history. All adoptions include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. All adoptions include a 7 day free trial with our training partner, GoodPup to help ease the transition!
