My name is Axel!

Axel is a well-trained GSD, loving, loyal, and can be active or happily lounge on the couch with you! I've spent hours and $$ having him professionally trained. He knows obedience commands, has excellent recall, is crate-trained, is an angel on a leash, and is e-collar conditioned. He is my best friend but my work and travel schedule has changed dramatically and he doesn't deserve to sit in a crate as much as he does.

He's never chewed anything, is protective of his "person," HW negative and been on flea/tick & HW prevention. He's amazing in the car and excellent in public places if you want a brewery buddy! He is wary of strangers, particularly men but warms up quickly. He loves kids and is neutral to other animals. He's a perfect walking/running/hiking companion. I'll will give an adopter his e-collar, crate, a bag of food, all of his gear, including his travel bag and a running vest that holds water bottles. He's a great companion for anyone wanting a velcro dog!
