Elsa is a 1 year old Pit mix, and is a happy friendly girl who can’t wait to meet you! This pup has adorable ears that match her personality, always alert to the people around her and the next activity together. Whether it’s playtime, a stroll through the neighborhood, or quiet moments cuddling and watching movies, this girl is ready to do whatever you want to do. Elsa has a playful spirit that’s bound to make you smile, and she will keep you entertained with her fun antics, or maybe … even get you to join in on the action! Elsa is also a loving pup, and more than happy to give or receive affection. All she needs is to find her person or family to share those special times together. So be sure to meet sweet Elsa soon - it’s time to start building a lifetime of good memories together! 

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
