Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roscoe is a very sweet and loving senior. He is friendly and affectionate, walks great on a leash and enjoys meeting new people. At his age, shelter conditions are very difficult to endure, and he deserves much better. He has been friendly meeting dogs at the fence and might make a good companion for another mellow canine companion. Roscoe was surrendered because he was not a fan of a new baby in the household.
