Hello, I'm Bethany! I'm just a puppy, but I've got a big heart. I love to play, and I promise to make you laugh with my silly antics. I can't resist a good cuddle either. After a fun-filled day of play, I'll curl up by your side, my soft snores a comforting lullaby. But it's not all fun and games. I'm eager to learn new tricks and commands. With a little patience, I'll be your perfect companion. I may be in a shelter now, but what I really want is a home filled with love. Will you be my forever family? Adopting me means gaining a loyal friend who'll bring joy and warmth to your life.

The Stone County SPCA was organized in 2009 and opened a shelter in 2012 in Wiggins, MS. We have always been a no kill shelter. Our biggest challenge is the high demand to place dogs and cats in our shelter. Currently, we take in approximately 1200 animals annually. We do not euthanize animals for lack of space. We have a live release rate of 95%. We do this by keeping adoption fees low and transporting a large percentage of our animals (65% of our dogs and puppies).
